Bookings made are charged at full cost at the time of booking.

 

Bookings are non-refundable if less than 72 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule is given in writing as a courtesy. 

 

Rescheduled bookings will be charged in full if rescheduled more than twice with no obligation to be rescheduled for a third time by the practitioner.
