During this 45 minute virtual consultation, we will openly disucss your Health concerns.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Prior to this consultation, you will be sent a consultation form to complete and return. This will be required at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled session.
Post session, you will be sent a follow up advising the best course of action. This will be recieved within 72 hours after the consultation session.
Following this session, it may be advised to schedule further sessions depending on the course of action to be taken. They will be at an additional cost.
Personalised Virtual Consultation for a Child under 18
Bookings made are charged at full cost at the time of booking.
Bookings are non-refundable if less than 72 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule is given in writing as a courtessey.
Rescheduled bookings will be charged in full if rescheduled more than twice with no obligation to be rescheduled for a third time by the practitioner.
